查詢程序

  1. 所有輔導師必須遵守其註冊的專業協會的專業原則,並確保敘事社群的成員資格。
  2. 所有輔導師均可將特殊情況轉發至敘事社群,如有需要,輔導師還可諮詢其上級。
  3. 我們經常為所有輔導師開會,培訓和發展,並與其他專業人員保持持續聯繫。
  4. 如果有任何查詢,敘事社群將在24小時內回覆客戶。可以任命一個委員會在2週內為客戶做出回應,然後客戶可以採取任何必要的行動。總而言之,在我們的願景,使命和價值中包含了對尊重,關懷和關注的探索,客戶的關注是最重要的。

Dispute procedure

  1. All counsellors must comply with ethical principles of professional association they register, and ensured membership by Narrative Community.
  2. All counsellors may forward special circumstances to Narrative Community while the counsellors may also consult their own supervisors if in need.
  3. We have frequent meetings, training and development for all counsellors and in sustained contact with other professionals.
  4. Should the dispute be there, Narrative Community will respond to the client within 24 hours. A committee may be appointed to arrive at a response within 2 weeks for the client, who may then take whatever action as necessary. All in all, exploration with respect, care and concern are included in our Vision, Mission and Value, that client interest is of paramount concern.
