英國留學後，我曾任香港公務員，之後的六年我曾帶領內地的大學的輔導團隊直至2017年。每年我處理多於2,000宗的個案節數，當中汲及危機和創傷案例。我亦曾在2008年四川地震中被無國界醫生邀請成為外籍心理學家。另外，我曾在香港的數間大學從事教學工作，在社會工作學及輔導學進行督導工作超過18年。
我的專業資格包括HKPCA的註冊輔導員及和認證督導員、HKPS和註冊社工的會員以及HKIArb和HKMAAL的調解員。 我亦是一名敘事治療的治療師，我曾跟隨已故的 Michael White，及其在澳大利亞德威學院的教學人員學習（2003年國際計劃）。

可用時間
I retire from Hong Kong civil service after UK studies, then head the mainland university counselling team for 6 years until 2017, involving over 2000 case sessions (some crisis and trauma cases) per year. Appointed as MSF expatriate psychologist for Sichuan earthquake response in 2008, and part-time teaching, guiding student practice in social work and counseling for HK universities over 18 years. Now I walk with clients bearing respect and patience in their lived experience and certify counselors in practice under the HKPCA program. Languages include Mandarin, English, Cantonese, Sign Language, basic Spanish and Japanese.

Professional qualifications include Certified Counselor and Approved Supervisor of HKPCA, membership of HKPS, RSW, and Mediator HKIArb (HKIAC) and HKMAAL. A Narrative Practitioner, followed late Michael White and his teaching faculties at Dulwich Centre, Australia (2003 international program).
