什麼是專業無償輔導服務？
LetUsNarrative是敘事社群的遺產，致力於為社群提供輔導服務。LetUsNarrative提供免費服務。每小時將收取200HKD的場地費，如與我們的輔導師商定可行的場地，此項收費可獲豁免。
誰可以使用這項服務？
該服務適用於任何需要輔導服務的人。
專業無償輔導服務由什麼人提供？
我們的無償服務團隊於專業輔導架構的督導下進行輔導服務。這是一個讓客戶尋找解困方法的平台，我們的輔導師亦會帶著珍惜的心展開服務，於助人自助的同時磨練自己的專業。
專業無償輔導服務的收費是？
專業無償輔導服務是免費的。客戶最多能使用三（3）節專業無償輔導服務，每節面談大約1小時。如客戶選擇繼續使用服務，每節收費為HKD$300（或根據輔導員各自的收費金額）；並遵守我們的服務使用條款和條件。請閱讀條款和條件以了解收費資訊。
簽署使用專業無償輔導服務後，您將會在每節面談前24小時支付費用HK$200房費(恆生銀行929 099125 888 CHAN HO SHAN)。
如果您想向專業無償輔導服務團隊的工作表示敬意，您可以作出捐款，您的捐款將用作團隊進一步培訓的經費，為幫助其他有需要的人盡一分力。

What is Pro-bono service?
LetUsNarrative is a legacy from the Narrative Community, committed to performing counselling practice for the community. It offers Pro-bono service. A room cost of 200 per hour is charged unless a viable venue is agreed with our counsellor.
Who can use this service?
The service is available for anybody in need of counselling.
Who are the pro-bono counsellors?  
Our Pro Bono team possess relevant professionalism in counselling supervised by appropriate structure. It is a platform for needy clients to their problems, our counsellors in this team will treasure it as it helps to build up their experience.
What is the fee?
The Pro Bono counselling service is free. Pro Bono service is limited to a maximum of THREE (3) sessions of 1 hour each. If the client chooses to continue with further sessions, at least HK$300 (or the stated fee as according to respective counsellors) will be charged; with terms and condition as in our Main Service on the charge.  
Upon signing up for Pro Bono counselling, you have to pay the Room charge HK$200 to our bank account (Heng Seng Bank 929 099125 888 CHAN HO SHAN) before 24 hours of each session.
If you would like to pay a tribute to the Pro Bono team for their voluntary work, your donation will be used to provide further training to our counsellors which will, in turn, help more people in need.
How to start using Pro-bono service?
