我該如何預約輔導服務？

1. 您可以選擇一名輔導者，或致電在網站上手機以諮詢，並使用20分鐘免費的會前培訓（您需要首先提供您的電話號碼和身份，以相互尊重）來闡明您的理解。
2. 目前的輔導地點在佐敦地鐵站附近，可能會改變，但是會為您提供指導。這是安全的，我們對此負責。
3. 您可以輔導會面之前24小時付款，您需要在銀行帳戶中(恆生銀行929 099125 888 CHAN HO SHAN)或使用FPS付款，您可以在每次會面之前24小時取消或推遲。
4. 如果您對安排有任何疑問，請在網站上使用我們的電子郵件或致電在網站上手機以諮詢。在相關專業要求下，將按照我們網站上的投訴程序進行處理。

How can I book for counselling service?

1. You may choose a counsellor, or call the phone on the website to ask for a counsellor and use the 20 minutes free pre-session (you need to provide your phone number and identity first, as mutual respect) to clarify your understanding.
2. The place for counselling at present is near Jordan MTR, may change but will give your good guide to be there. It is safe and we are responsible for it.
3. You can pay 24 hours before each session, you need to pay into a bank account  (Heng Seng Bank 929 099125 888 CHAN HO SHAN) or use FPS, you may cancel or postpone 24 hours before each session.
4. Please use our email on the website or call on the phone should you have any problems over the arrangement. It will be taken care of as according to the dispute procedure on our website under the relevant professional requirement.
